Richard B. Maner earned a B.A. degree from Emory University in 1981 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1985. Richard manages the firm's creditor practice, which includes bankruptcy, foreclosure and state court civil litigation. Richard is admitted to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court Northern District of Georgia, U.S. District Court Middle District of Georgia and the 11^th Circuit Court of Appeals.
